Chocolate Chip Cookies with honey

Equipment
- 1 mixer
- 1 set measuring cups
- 1 set measuring spoons
- 1 cookie sheet
- 1 wire cooling rack
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 spatula
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Cream honey and butter
- Add vanilla and egg and beat well
- Sift dry ingredients, blend well with creamed mixture
- Add chocolate chips and mix well
- Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350degrees F for 13-15 minutes
