In December, Maryland beekeeper and MSBA officer Ben Cooper published All Nature Sings: A Devotional Guide to Animals in the Bible, including a lovely chapter on honey bees.

Did you know that bees are found only 3 times in the Bible, but honey and honeycomb together get more than 60 mentions? Similar pointers about more than two dozen other animals are included, and there are three useful appendices as well.

Ben says the book project took him 24 years, and (to me) it seems pretty obvious that his positive, insightful, and helpful self shines through these words.
