EAS 2024 Registration is OPEN

Registration for the EAS 2024 Short Course & Conference from August 5 to 9, 2024 is now available. You can register for the Short Course & Conference at the following link: EAS 2024 Short Course & Conference Registration. You must be a current member and log into your account in order to register. Day passes are also available.

  Each person must register under their EAS member account. If you have multiple members to register (like yourself and your spouse), you will need to log into each account separately in order to register each individual. If you have questions, please send an email to registrar@easternapicture.org.

  Please note that the Short Course & Conference and the Hotel registration are both available on the EAS Member site this year. They are separate, however, and registering for a hotel room does NOT give you access to the Short Course or Conference. Hotel registration is available here: EAS 2024 Hotel Reservation.

  EAS a number of meals and special events this year, most of which require an extra fee. Your attendance at a meal or event is not confirmed until your payment is received. We have limited space at most events, so please register early if you are interested.

    • Microscopy (limited to first 50 registrants)
    • How to Taste Honey (limited to first 80 registrants)
  • Monday and Tuesday
    • Queen Rearing (limited to first 30 registrants)
  • Tuesday
    • Short Course Picnic (limited to first 200 people)
  • Wednesday
    • Sightseeing Tour Fort McHenry (limited to first 50 people)
    • Sightseeing Tour B&O Railroad Museum (limited to first 50 people)
  • Thursday
    • Beltsville Bee Lab Tour (limited to first 80 registrants each for both morning and afternoon)
  • Friday
    • Pysanky (limited to first 20 registrants)
